Krista Biedenbach is an artist working primarily with intaglio and digital processes. Both processes require a series of steps to create the image. These steps become important in defining the end result. The juxtaposition of beauty and the grotesque is an important aspect within her work. Exploration of femininity also appears within many of the pieces, from experiments within line, to varied subject matter.
